We used EverDry Waterproofing to waterproof our basement years ago. They had a $75 yearly warranty fee. It's always been paid. This year the fee increased to $95. I sent a check & the envelope was returned undeliverable/unable to forward. I sent it to the same address as previous years. The business showed closed online. The # online did not accept calls. I was calling another # that I've always called. During this time, my basement flooded. I called & left a few messages. I received a return call days later. I was working at the time & missed the call. It rained again & I got even more water in my basement. Each day, I called many, many, many times & left many, many, many messages. I have not received another return call. Someone left a message for someone else, not my name. I continued to constantly call daily, leaving messages each time expressing the urgency to speak to someone. I've expressed my dissatisfaction with the company because of their lack of professionalism towards their customer. Having a warranty means absolutely nothing to them. In a desperate attempt to resolve this issue, due to the severity, and no communication with anyone at EverDry Waterproofing, I was forced to contact another company and had to spend additional money.
