I had Stay Dry roofing replace my roof using my funds as well as an insurance claim. I paid a difference of $3945.07 out of pocket to get my entire roof replaced vs just having a portion of my roof replaced that the insurance was covering the total cost for the project was $12328.39. While replacing my roof, my garage door was scraped up with multiple black marks. My skylights were replaced, however they've left large gaps between the skylights and the ceiling with wood showing. The leak stain in the ceiling has not been fixed either. I also applied for a credit through Stay Dry to have siding replaced on my home, I was approved for $12000. I signed a contract with the company and now, I can't get through to anyone or if I do, they tell me they are going to talk to production and someone will get back to me. The last time, I actually heard from anyone was in September and I've left multiple messages. The last time anyone from Stay Dry was out to my home to evaluate the situation was August 31. My initial contractor was terminated, his boss is who came to my home with a young lady and another gentleman that was from the production team to see what still needed to be completed. This supervisor's last text message to me was 9/16 and stated, "Sorry for the delay. I am working with my production team to get you scheduled as we speak." This was the last thing I've heard from them.
