I contacted AAA on 8/28/21 by email due to my water heater needed to be relite. No one contacted me so I called 8/30 and was told she'd send plumbers out, 2 came out, one I recognized from previous work on my toilet, they said the pilot light would not light, took out the pilot light assembly and showed me a small crack and said it would have to be replaced. One of the men, owners son, said it was manufactured in 2008 and he didn't like putting new parts in old heaters, and asked if I wanted to replace it, I said not now let's see if the repair works, he said he'd order the part and takes about two days to come in. They left the parts on the floor, wires hanging and left. I called the next day to follow up and was told part would be in Thursday, no one called,I called Friday and was told she'd check with plumbers and call me back,no one ever called! More than 10 days with no warm water for.me and my family. Terrible way of doing business, having another company install new one.
