              I had them come out on the recommendation of a neighbor a month ago. He immediately tarped the damaged roof, told me to call my insurance company. Said I definitely needed a new roof. I had two roof caps missing with a few shingles. My house is 6 years old. the adjustor came and said I have 19 shingles that need replaced. I called and told the owner and he asked for the phone number of the insurance company and said he would call and let me know what they said. I have tried to call him numerous times in the last 2 weeks with no answer and no return calls. I checked my roof today while cutting the grass and saw that he has returned sometime in the last week and removed the tarps. Not professional at all unless you are getting a new roof I guess.
