I paid JM Pro Roofing a deposit of $9,911.69 on 08/25/2023. This is over 50% of new siding & new roof replacement costs. I requested the same materials or better be used on my roof. I took samples of the materials and had them tested. JM bought a lower quality metal to save them money. My roof has been improperly installed since 09/07/23.JM Patched it instead of replacing the metal roof they damaged as promised. Now 09/26/23 still a lot of damage. Dents and scratches, improperly layered, unsecured metal, holes, over and under tightened fasteners, lots of caulking and marker to hide mistakes.JM damaged my landscaping, decking, soffit, shutters, gutters, ripped out a window sill, siding, sunk my sidewalk and more.Depending on how long this process takes my home will get water damage from exposed wood and holes in my roof…there’s a lot more dishonest practices here.However the main issue we have is we paid a lot of money to a company that claims a 10 year workmanship warranty and a satisfaction guarantee and we have not had a single day of satisfaction. We have asked for a refund on the siding replacement deposit since JM Pro botched the finished roof and ****** told us to not worry about the siding until the roof was satisfactory. It’s not! And JM Pro refused to refund the money for the siding . And went without my consent to my insurer for more money. When my home insurance wouldn’t pay them they charged me around another 2 thousand in a new invoice. Original quote & new invoice numbers do not match at all. I was not made aware of any changes. I did not give my consent verbal or written to paying more money for this project.I need money to repair the damages ****** promised to replace but never tried to. I also need a full refund of all deposit. $9,911.69 because I have to hire another company to completely reinstall my roof. JM Pro acted in Bad Faith breaking contract and willfully took my money without any indication they are returning the services I paid for.
