              On January 6th, 2024, I purchased a Real Estate 101 in person course through Donaldson that was set to begin on February 5th. The course was $545.00. Just hours before the class was set to begin on Feb. 5th, I was called and told that they were unable to find an instructor for the course. They told me I could join an online course, or wait until next month when they might have a teacher, which I was uninterested in. I called and asked for a refund on Feb. 6th and was told that I would get one. A few days later I called to ask for an email confirmation on the refund but was told that was an issue for accounting and that they could not help me. Ive been calling multiple times a week and am told all recent refunds have been on hold and that we are unable to get in touch with accounting. I have asked for a phone number for accounting, or another manager, but each time Im told there is not one It is now over 3 weeks after I asked for my refund and I still have not gotten any confirmation that the refund process has even begun.

              The real estate course was very informative and helped me pass my test the first time. However, I do have a problem with purchasing an extra course the first day of class that was supposed to be taking place not long after we finished our course and I have still not received any information on this course or when another one will be scheduled. I have reached out numerous times to them asking when it will be and no one can give me any information except that Im on the list and will be notified. It is misleading to have someone enroll with the hope they will gain this extra knowledge starting off their real estate career not a year down the road with still no class in sight. They refuse a refund as well.
