      ON 9/28/2023, I HAD STARTED A TRANSACTION WITH *************************** AT A2Z. DURING THE TRANSACTION, I STOPPED THE TRANSACTION AND PUT THE ***** ON HOLD UNTIL I COULD CHECK OUT PROBLEMS AND QUESTIONS AND INCONSISTENCIES AND CONFLICTING INFORMATION AND PRICES AND QUOTES THAT KEPT CHANGING. I TOLD THEM NOT TO CHARGE MY CREDIT ****. I HAD NOT YET PROVIDED THE SECURITY CODE ON THE BACK OF THE **** AND INFOFRMED THEM THAT I WAS NOT UNTIL MY CAUTIONS AND QUESTIONS WERE RESOLVED.THE THIEVIES "FORCED" THE TRANSACTIONS THROUGH, ACCORDING TO THE BANK.THEY DON'T RECIEVE ALL OF MY CALLS. WHEN THEY DO ANSWER THE ****** THEY CURSE AT ME AND TELL ME TO "GO TALK TO YOUR ((MY)) BANK".I WISH THAT I HAD DONE A BETTER REVIEW OF THE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY BEFORE I CONTACTED THEM. I WILL BE STARTING A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AT MY LOCAL JURISDICTION POLICE STATION LEVEL AND CONTINUE ON TO THE FEDEREL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION AND THE U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Sentinel .       I GOT A RESPONSE FROM A CALLER (M*** J********) WHO IDENTIFIED AS REPRESENTING A2Z AUTO PARTS (PHONE #: **********) ON 12/22/2021. WE COMMUNICATED BY AUDIO AND TEXT MESSAGES. THE PART I WANTED WAS READY AND COULD BE SHIPPED AS SOON AS WE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT AGREEMENT. PAYMENT $186 WAS MADE LATER THAT DAY TO MY CREDIT CARD. I CONFIRMED CHARGES POSTED 12/22/2021 TO****** WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION (PHONE #: ***********. I HAVE CALLED BOTH NUMBERS AND LEFT AT LEAST 5 VOICEMAILS EACH.       On Saturday, October 2nd at exactly 12:36 PM, This company "A2z" Auto parts contacted us because we have been looking for a transmission for our 2003 Escalade the price was paid in full with a bank to bank transfer, They gave us an invoice and told us it would be shipped to our shop where we have the vehicle, They have cameras also. We have been waiting since then with them lying to us about delivery time and shipping updates. The shop now wants our car moved which we cant drive or afford to tow it because these people stole our money and wont refund us, The ammount was 1380.00 the transmisson was 1350.00 with 30 in fees added for a bank to bank. This is FRAUD and is punishable by law A Felony. They refuse to let me spreak to a supervisor they are so disrespectful and we just want our hard earned dollars back so we can move on from this nasty experience and get our vehicle fixed so my Girlfriend has a ride back and fourth to work this winter, we live in wyoming so our WINTER is so BAD. We're currently contacting our bank and the authorites on this as well. I will never be ordering from any websites for car parts, Ill go right to the local********* and get it there.

      Answered on line ad for auto parts, they messaged me back saying they had part I needed. Wired money from my bank to theirs. After three months of calling, texting, and being ignored I finally decided to contact someone.

      6/30/2021 I paid $2,500.00 via ******** to A2Z auto parts. They initially said the shipping date for a 2007 ********* rebuilt engine would be July 15. It never was delivered. Then they said August 20, 2021. It never showed. Then they said 9/10/2021. It never showed. I'd like a refund from them, I'm no longer interested in receiving the engine.

We rebuilt the engine tested it, and shipped it, our shipping team was not able to get in touch with the customer, this process of shipping and not been delivered occurred thrice which cost the company one way $250 total cost to the company only for shipping was $1500 due to this we will not ship the engine again if the customer wants he can come directly to our yard and pick it up.       Purchased an engine for my truck and sent them $1200. It is a complete scam and I have not received anything and I have requested my money returned dozens of times. Still operating under the same phone number With only response saying they will refund money due. I have no transportation and my truck has been in the shop for five weeks. Calling Law enforcement next.

He has told me this is a complete scam and they are not from North Carolina and probably from a different country. I don't know what yard they are talking about they don't have any business address only a picture of a house on their website in the middle of a field The product was supposed to be shipped not picked up at some yard that does not exist. They are a complete scam we have considered it a loss but are considering hiring private attorney investigators to find out who these people really are. But overall they are complete scam artist company with no business address and complete criminals More Information from Consumer: Also they claim that the part was picked up at some yard of theirs. Where is this yard? where is the receipt? and proof of pick up or delivery or of anything. Where is the proof that somebody picked up an engine at some yard? You would think there would be a receipt provided to be BBB. This company is a complete scam and all enforcement entities should be involved to stop them from hurting others which they are doing daily I am sure.

      On 08/26/2021 i purchased a transmission for a 2005 Nissan Maxima for the amount of $990.00 from ****************** ( A2z Auto parts ) which i have not received yet. The sales rep was ************ and the supervisor was *************. They both told me the transmission would be delivered on 09/10/2021 to ************* at *********************************** which never made it there. I never received the tracking number to track the product. The supervisor ************* gave me a Invoice #*********, account #************. I have tried on several attempts to contact them but no one will answer are respond back to my calls, emails, are texts messages. I would like a full refund for the transmission
