This company is solid in every way. We dealt with several home buyers in the Omaha area and Red Ladder Property Solutions was by far the best team to work with. They set up an appointment to look over the property within a couple of days of when I contacted them and had a solid offer within hours of their visit. Red Ladder beat the other bids from the competing companies by a good margin. They explained everything honestly and up front, so there was nothing left to guess about. We were very pleased with how fast and easy they made the sale happen. There were no hidden fees, no middle man going back and forth. They even explained that they were buying the home "As Is" and that we didn't need to fix or move anything that we didn't want to, they would take care of it all. The title company drew up the paperwork, they paid off the remainder of our loan on the home and wired the remaining funds directly to our bank. I wish buying or selling a car was as easy as this. They are great folks and I would highly recommend them if you are looking at selling your home quickly and want to avoid the "Song and Dance" routine of selling a house through a realtor. (sure, you might put a bit more money in your pocket, but the time, repairs, inspections and worries may outweigh what you make out with in the end.)
