I visited Dino’s Monday January 3, 2022. I had made an appointment at ******* originally, but it was closed for maintenance, so I walked in to Dino’s for a highlight and trim with layers. I was shown my hair, which looked shorter than I wanted and had almost a full head of blond hair, but I figured I could mess around with it after leaving to see if I could style it differently to get the highlights to show more. After leaving, I inspected my hair further and found multiple spots where there was a harsh line, leaving my roots exposed and looking unkempt and messy. There were other spots that were missed entirely. I sent pictures to the stylist, Christine, who texted back saying it didn’t look right, but she would correct it. I had lost trust in her ability to do my hair, so I scheduled with another salon for a color correction. They did a fabulous job and told me they couldn’t believe she let me leave with my hair like that. I requested a refund from Christine, but she denied a refund and went on to blame me for how my hair turned out. She told me she did what I asked her to do. She also told me she would fix it, despite me explaining that I didn’t trust her to fix my hair after seeing all the mistakes she had made. She continues to blame me for the way my hair turned out and refuses to refund my money. I will not be going back to her salon and would like a refund as I had to go to another salon to have my hair fixed. Christine is very unprofessional and blames her customers for her poorly executed work. If there is anyway for me to get my money back, or at least partially, I would be very appreciative. I am a single mother of 3 kids and I didn’t have the money to throw away.
