            Date of transaction: 10/02/2023 Transaction amount: $590.65 Issue: when I returned the rental the employee did a very quick vehicle inspection and supposedly found cigarette ashes under the seat. I wouldn't know because the employee refused to show me the ashes despite keeping my security deposit over it. I have never been a smoker and I was the only driver for the vehicle. Upon reading reviews of this business this is not the first incident they have of handing over a dirty vehicle to customers. Supposedly have stated before they don't always check vehicles before re renting them out. Further more I'm not sure how there would be ashes under the seat but literally no where else in the car. Employee was completely unhelpful regarding this manner and I have not been able to reach the business to resolve this as their phone keeps going to voicemail.

            HELLO MR JOSEPH,
            AFTER REVIWING YOUR COMPLAIN, I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU RETURNED THE CAR WITH CRACK/CHIPPED WINDSHIELD.
            THE EMPLOYEE EXPLAINED TO YOU THE DAMAGES UPON YOUR CAR RENTAL RETURN AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGED THE DAMAGE. WE EVEN HAVE TO PAY MORE TO GET THE CAR WINDSHIELD FIXED BUT AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE THE EMPLOYEE CHARGE YOU ONLY 200$, WHICH WAS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

            THE EMPLOYEE ALSO SHOWED YOU THE VIDEO WHICH WAS TAKEN BEFORE THE RENTAL AND BEFORE YOU TOOK THE CAR.

            SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
