            A deposit of $650 was given to ********************* for a salt water pool system. There were supply delays due to COVID, so we waited patiently. Approximately 6 months ago he said the system was in and he would give us an installation date. That's when the excuses began. First was a death in the family, then he was sick, then he had to have surgery. The last communication was July 13th when he said he was coming to install. Was unable to reach him for a few months. Now he says he's in ******* recovering from surgery. He has offered a refund but wants the negative reviews removed first. I have all communication from him. There are other reviews online that state the same issue we have had.

            My husband and I prepaid for a saltwater system that was never delivered. I have a text message from him stating he would refund, but its been months, and nothing. He is an unlicensed contractor according to the ********************. He is unreliable, and a ridiculous amount of time was spent chasing him down for regular service.
