On Monday Sept. 20th The Solar Doctors LLC installed a solar panel system on my home at ********************************************************. The panels were not installed properly and the company needed to come back to fix the issue. During the installation there was damage to our roof in a few locations. Shingles and sheathing were drilled through In the wrong location and then patched up with silicon instead of being replaced. A piece of equipment know as a "critter guard" was installed via adhesive and fell off a few days later. I was told a work order was put in to replace it but the crew never showed up. Part of the agreement for the job was that I would receive a $1200.00 credit from Solar Doctors LLC in addition to the federal and state tax incentives. I have not received this credit and have no sound information as to when I will be receiving this credit. Solar Doctors LLC agreed to also credit me an additional $280.23 to compensate me for my first three months payments but never did. The total amount now owed to me is $1480.23. At first *****************************, ***************************, and ************************* of Solar Doctors LLC were giving me responses and returning my calls and emails but they have since stopped responding. I have reached out multiple times and have received no information as to what the next steps will be.
