My crew was fantastic moving me from ********* to **************** today (10/30/23)! I just want to thank ****, ****, ****** and ********** for a fantastic experience! They were prompt, courteous, professional and very kind. They made what could have been a difficult day so much easier and fun! Because of them and everyone else I dealt with during this process I would highly recommend Summit Moving and Storage to anyone who is looking for a quality moving company. I interviewed several different companies and they were by far the most reasonably priced company of all that I talked to! We hired Summit movers. On the day of the move the admitted to breaking my Peloton Bicycle. We understood as accidents happen. We were told that they would forward a claim document to be completed and returned. We completed and returned the forms promptly. Here we are 6 weeks later and not even a returned call or a response to any of our emails. We can document every single call and email. Finally, after reading all of Summit movers reviews it became very obvious that we are are fighting a lost battle. This is beyond poor service. I’ve never written a complaint to the bbb but this took me to my limit *****************Review from KLUUNI O

This week, we moved from our home of 29 years. Four guys and two trucks showed up timely. They were very efficient and well mannered. If I ever moved again, I would ask for ******, ****, ****** and **** to do the job. Nothing was damaged. They placed everything where we wanted it. Even asked one last time before they left if we wanted anything moved. Summit Moving made the day go smoothly. Much appreciated!!!Review from Lisa S

We had what was to me a very stressful two part move. Move items out of the house, one trip to an apartment and one trip to the storage unit. We had a 4 man moving crew and 2 trucks to assist with this. I had color coded boxes as to what I needed to stay in a grouping and had labeled pieces of furniture to which location they were going to. The crew walked thru the house with me to get the lay of the land and then it was go time. They worked hard, efficiently, and were organizedat both ends of the move. They were courteous and had an understanding of how stressful and emotional moving can be. I am hoping to be able to request any of the 4 crew when we make the move south. ************, **************** *****thank you for making moving day a seamless one. I would recommend this crew and company to anyone in need of movers.Review from Julia N

**** was very communicative the entire way through the process, and he, ******, and ****** worked incredibly hard up through the entire three hour duration of the move. They also lifted additional **************** and staged it outside in order to better help my elderly father-in-law load it into his trailer. They were an incredibly polite, helpful, and efficient team, and I would happily recommend or re-hire them for any future moves.
