            This debacle took care of my mom for one night and she was in Hospice dying within 5 days. She had terminal cancer and was bedridden and the aide got my mother out of bed and put her on the bedside toilet. She was in extreme pain for the 4 days following and went to Hospice to awaiting death on the 5th day following. They offered no solutions and they did offer to investigate. The owner Mark F**** even indicated it might be the patient's fault as she might not have been quite coherent. That is his responsibility to inform and train his staff. I contaced my lawyer and the sought the advice of the Hospice nurse, both of whom said there is not much recourse as the timing of an injury to a bedridden, terminal person cannot be determined. The management was irresponsible, insensitive and negligent. I only gave them a star to get the review posted

As we have experienced ourselves, we understand this time can be very difficult and full of so many emotions. We are glad your mother had the support of hospice professionals, especially in her final days. Quality of care is so important to all of us here at Home Care Assistance, and we are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience working with our team. In memory of your mother, we have planted a tree in the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest as a living, lasting tribute.
