            On 5/12/23 Mobile Locksmith Express LLC had a locksmith tech come out to get me a new key made, the locksmith cut a basic key that unlocks and starts the car but will not lock the doors, during this time I was told an actual key fob that can be used to lock the car without an actual key would be a lot more expensive than the basic cut key he was providing. He charged me $378.00 for a super basic key that is not fully functional. I called the dealership of my car and for an actual fob and programming was a hundred dollars cheaper and I was told it would be way more expensive by the locksmith when it is actually a 100 dollars cheaper than the basic cut not fully functional key I was given.

            That company is absolutely scam!I scheduled service for October 25th 4:30pm with them in Hamilton Oh area. I had problem with Ignition lock cylinder. My key was not turning. The service man said he had to replace it and make a new key and reprogrammed it but car didnt start after that. He said that it happened because of oil got into the ignition immobilizer. I paid him 330$ anyway for the service. Next day, we open the bottom panel of the car to see what is wrong we saw that he broke ignitor immobilizer in many places and damaged cylinder pocket! It seems that he didnt know how to remove the Ignition lock cylinder and just broke everything that was attached to it to remove it! Now I have to replace the whole pice, possible more as I dont know yet what els he broke! He never tell us about that damage he just lied about oil in immobilizer. That is absolutely unacceptable repair. We tried to contacts them but they put us on hold or tell as they call us back but dont return call for 2 days now.
