Didn’t bother to schedule the roofers with me. I work 3rd shift, so when I pulled in my driveway at 6:30 in the morning I was greeted by a team that decided I wasn’t going to sleep that day before another night shift because they were going to spend the next 12 hours keeping me awake. Weeks at a time go by with absolutely no communication, so I have yet to even get a completed job after nearly a month and a half. They also called my insurance company and stated the job was completed (even though it isn’t) and asked that the depreciated funds be released. I have a very good insurance company and they do not release information I don’t authorize them to. When they called me to get authorization, the agent told me that when the financially responsible person wasn’t getting the answers she wanted, that the owner got on the phone and yelled at him and was very rude to him. Finally, I had a deal with them to get them referrals. I handed them one and the roofer told me that my referral had flaked on him and did not follow through. I then talked to that person and my friend told me he was ready to go but the roofer never got back into contact with him. So I got screwed out of that as well. If you value your time, your money and your word…. I wouldn’t waste your time with this company. There are way too many options to put yourself through what I’m going through. Normally I’m not one to leave reviews. Things happen here and there. But this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Everything that they could do wrong, they have done wrong.
