      On 4/1/2022 I arranged to hire a limo for transport on June 3, 2022. The total cost was to be $837.54, with a $200 deposit and the balance due 30 days before the event. I paid the $200 on April 1 and was billed the $637.54 30 days in advance. Due to illness, I had to cancel (on approximately May 30). I was promised a refund of the $637.54 and have a written confirmation showing that it is due to me. I also had contracted for other trips to and from the airport in that same time frame that I had to cancel; both of those have been refunded properly. Despite repeated phone calls (6/2, 6/13, 6/21, 7/14, 7/25, 8/4) and email reminders, the $637.54 has not been refunded; in each call they have acknowledged that the refund is due but blamed some problem with the credit card company. My reservation confirmation number is #*****. I have a copy showing a refund due of $637.54.I have spoken to Joe, Debbie and Michael (who appears to be the manager, both Debbie and Joe defer to him). I have attached a pdf file showing the refund due.

      I often give people the benefit of the doubt and totally understand when things get messed up or there is a minor inconvenience- but wow, this is a horribly run business. My wedding was last weekend and they gave us a bus with no AC on a 92 degree day. All my girls hair, make-up, and spray tans were essentially ruined after the 30 minute ride to the church. The driver, who did say that he was a last-minute, morning-of replacement, was driving like a LUNATIC. Even to the point where one of the girls flew off the seat into the aisle as he flew off an exit around a curve going WAY to fast. Several cups and bottles were spilled or broken because he was driving so frantically- and we made it abundantly clear to him that we were in no rush and had ample time before the ceremony started. He also got us lost several times (leading to MORE TIME ON THIS GOD AWFUL 92 DEGREE BUS) and one of my bridesmaids had to sit up front with him and direct him turn-by-turn until we got there. It wasn't clean- and there was dark purple something (lipstick/crayon-ish substance) on their leather seats and the one bridesmaid's champagne-colored dress was ruined after she sat on the seat. We asked to have a new limo bus sent over while we were in church during the ceremony, which gave their company an hour and a half to retrieve a new bus (they are located not even 5-10 minutes from our church), and they said they'd make it happen. Upon leaving the ceremony, there was no new bus they promised. So we were all forced to uber and ride with family members 30 minutes to our reception hall since we refused to pack 17 people on a 92 degree bus. After calling for a week now every day, "Mike isn't in" and refuses to come to the phone. That is truly such terrible service and such a lack of responsibility (which I am seeing a common pattern of in others' reviews of this company recently). We have yet to receive a refund or even JUST SPEAK to someone. I would be embarrassed to own this business and also embarrassed of your cowardly management approach. He dodges calls and comes up with excuses instead of being accountable and diffusing issues with disgruntled customers. It's just all-around wrong. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere.
