November 21,2022 I took my 2011 Nissan Frontier crew cab to J and G body shop for an insurance claim due to a deer encounter. My truck was there for 92 days. I went to pick my truck up and my hood did not close correctly (they fixed that day) my paint did not match the truck color. The radio did not work; was working when I dropped the truck off. I had over spray, compound, clear coat all over my wheels and tires on the passenger side, inside my truck on the floor boards,carpet, dash and window tint. The screws that was used to replace the bug guard were not correct mismatched screws hit headlight beasels. I asked ***** ****** the owner to fix it. He said yes but explained to me the paint adheres different to plastic than metal. He said clear coat is all he would be able to do. I had a family emergency I had to attend too. So I did reach out let ***** know he understood. We scheduled a day for me to drop my truck off. I did go out prior to March 21,2023 to discuss the expectations of the fix. Today March 21,2023 i went to drop my truck off to have the shop fix what they agreed to fix. That is when his son ***** became very unprofessional and tried to blame me for the shops damage to my own vehicle. ***** and his son both unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable, and threatened. I said if you all dont want to fix the truck we can proceed to small claims court. I left the shop and then ***** sent me a text with a picture of a bill that i owe the shop $1,298 for repairs and my deductible. In my copy of J and G body shop estimate it says customer owes zero dollars. I do have pictures and recordings of all conversations. I just want the missing parts and my paint replaced and corrected. I dont know if I should leave a google review or not until we can find a resolution to this matter. Please BBB help me resolve this. Thank you and God bless.
