            Poor follow through. Had several projects done and minor issues got worse with each project. 2nd bathroom floor tile job stopped too short of doorframe for transition for upcoming flooring remodel throughout house. I told her it stopped short. She said it was fine but if it was an issue they would come back and fix it. They never responded when I contacted them and told them it was an issue. 3rd bathroom flooring grout was wrong color and filled with debris. I had to pay someone else to regrout. Also they were to shave bottom off bathroom door as tile was thicker. Upon returning with door they were late and I was not able to answer the door so they left my bathroom door leaning against the side of my garage, in the rain. They never installed it. Oh, and they gouged it, approximately a 2 ft ***** down the bottom half of the door. I wish I could say they are learning on the job but I dont see learning.
