I hired Halligan Roofing in June 2022. I worked with ***********************. As the contract shows, the start date was 7/1 and the end date was 7/21. 1. Since I had all my stuff at a PODS facility, ******* assured me that he'll finish the garage in the first week of July so I can store them there. That didn't happen. They used my garage to store their equipment until end of September.2. Contract shows the list of renovations and fixed in the proposed scope of work and materials section. ******* assured me that he will take care of all the items identified during inspection. But he clearly didn't. Although, he easily lied that he did all the inspection related fixes. When I hired another inspector after ******* confirmed all the work was done, the inspector came with almost the same set of open issues as they existed before the work started.3. After the supposedly completed their work, the water would continuously clog in the bath tub. When I couldn't fix it and called another licensed plumber, they confirmed that ********* workers drained grout and construction material in the tub. ********* plumber's work was of such bad quality that the shower head just randomly fell on someone and bruised their arm.4. ********* electrician was inexperienced. Instead of actually getting the switches to work with the new fan fixtures, he mounted all the remote controls to the walls. So, the only way I can operate almost all the fixtures in my house is through remotes and not the existing switches in the house.5. The latest he said he'd give me my house back is by first of August. He didn't. The work was still not done, had no running water at home through September. I continued to stay at hotels until end of August because workers would not show up to complete the work. 6.I made these payments:7/5 $21,616.50 9/16 $21,616.50 9/16 $3,489.52.I continue to deal with his team's incompetence. For all the stress he caused me, I need him to pay me at least half my money back.
