            Purchased an engine from MTZ and had to pay an $1800 core deposit and $250 shipping fee for returning the core. There was an issue with the motor we purchased. Took it back to MTZ for a replacement along with the core. Was told after inspection of the core the core deposit and shipping would be reimbursed ( since we took the core back) It has been 65 days since this occurred. The owner will not return phone calls, text or emails. We have not received our core nor shipping money as of today, March 26,2024 Invoice #297 **** 6 point 4 Long block with head studs

            Came to MTZ for a 6.6 for my 3500 shop and staff were top notch the professionalism was great and the product was even better cannot say better things about this place quick and very reliable 5 stars ??
