when I called the first time to see if I can Get my money back on the over payment i was told it takes 2 weeks. afeter a month I called again and the CFO was out for the week for spring break. i called 2 weeks later (Today) he is not there. I would not ever recomend this company to nobody. I as well own a business and if i operated like this iI would be ashamed.

We researched your claim and we do owe you money! I am sorry you had problems with the refund of your overpayment. We have been short handed and our ladies in the office were not aware of the situation and did not handle your call appropriately. I am having a check cut right now and it will be dropped off at the mail box today! You are a great customer and we appreciate your business!
