Our true-to-style Brown Ale is brewed with English malts to create a rich, dark ale with hints of sweetness and a caramel-like finish.

Gose
Features tangerine and raspberry plus coriander to lend a subtle floral note to the aroma. A touch of pink sea salt helps build body, while Lactobacilus bacteria and a special yeast create the pleasant tart finish of this beer.

Belgian Style Witbier
Features coriander, orange peel, rose hips, and lavender with a silky wheat malt backbone. Layers of citrus and herbs compliment the peppery characteristics driven by specialty wit beer yeast.

For our new seasonal brew, we have our light and flavorful ‘New Age Pilsner.’ This crisp pilsner features bright hop aromatics from BRU-1 and Amarillo hops. This is a fall favorite that is brewed with real pumpkin and will evoke memories of holidays and family. It is brewed with our own proprietary blend of spices that make Harvest Time one of the best-received pumpkin ales available.

Coffee Stout
Combines a rich and roasted malt backbone layered with notes of chocolate, espresso, and toffee. We condition the beer on whole coffee beans provided by Larry’s Beans with additional cold brew concentrate to drive huge coffee aroma and flavor to this seasonal favorite.

Bull of the woods
Bull of The Woods - 2022 Edition - Our small batch barrel aged Imperial Stout features a complex blend of roasted malts to create layers of chocolate, espresso, and caramel. Vanilla, cocoa nibs, coffee, and black pepper build on the profile after its' lengthy rest in Malted Rye Whiskey barrels for this specialty release. Best served in a tulip glass. 11% ABV

The Wolf - 2022 Edition - Barrel Aged American Barleywine features a blend of British and Caramel malts creating a rich toffee flavor. Aggressive American hop additions balance the sweetness. 12.50% ABV
