When you are discussing your treatment options with our treatment coordinator, you will be provided with a complete breakdown of the fees for each option, to the best of our abilities. While your insurance share is always calculated before any treatment is started, they are estimates given to us by your insurance company and may differ from what your insurance company actually pays. Before each procedure is started, we will collect all the estimated fees.
