Bangkok street vendor creation. This hit with party-goers has been refined by Bingg’s, made with marinated chicken and wide rice noodles. It is spicy, sweet, and salty, with broccoli, eggs, onion, chiles, garlic, soy, and a bit of oyster sauce. All topped with a fried egg, this dish is saucy, sticky and indulgent - balanced and delicious.
Cottage Pie
Hearty countryside creation. Cubed beef and fresh vegetables in Bingg’s house made beef broth. Topped with house mash and broiled for a crisp crust atop the creamy potatoes.
