Always blooming does amazing work!!! They always amaze me each time we pick up the corsage and boutonnière for my son’s dances. We’ve used always blooming for each dance, all 4 years of high school. He’s a senior and I’m so sad that we won’t need to order flowers for the dances anymore! The arrangements they come up with to match the dress color is always on point. My son’s girlfriend always loves the colors and different little flowers they use, it’s not just roses. You will not be disappointed in ordering from Always Blooming!!!

Always Blooming SAVED the DAY! I had placed an order with FTD for our Granddaughter's Sweet 16th. They cancelled the order the DAY of HER BIRTHDAY at 1:00 stating "no one available to fill my specific flower request". Desperate to save the day, I called Always Blooming. I had ordered my mother the "Daydreaming" arrangement as well as a mixed box of Esther Price chocolates for Valentine's Day. The chocolates were not delivered accordingly. I called Always Blooming on 02/15/24 and spoke with Jessica. She confirmed that my mother had not received the Esther Price mixed chocolates. She mentioned that she candies were delivered to another customer. On February 15, 2024, Jessica sent the chocolates to my mother along with a single rose and a gift card for future usage. Jessica-Thank you for taking care of the situation and resolving to more than my satisfaction. I only wish others strive for your level of customer service! :)

The succulents were pretty, the bowl they were in is a pretty green, however it lack a drain hole.
The succulents had fungus gnats all over in the soil when they were delivered, hoping that she will be able to get rid of the gnats and the plants will thrive.

Quite frankly, I was disappointed in the arrangement. It did not follow my directions of no pinkish type colors and something to reflect Christmas, but keeping the funeral atmosphere. It also looked very sparse. I showed a photo of the arrangement to several people and told them the price. All agreed with me. One who had successfully ordered from you had referred you to me. She was shocked. The funeral home had the arrangement in a room where very few people went and on a side where no other flowers were displayed. If we could not have gotten what we
wanted for the price, we should have been advised.

I did a google search to find a flower shop in Tipp City. Always Blooming had good online reviews. I called them and explained what I was wanting (a wknd chime with a floral arrangement so it would look nice at the funeral home). The lady was friendly on the phone. She told me my options with pricing. Their prices were much more reasonable than other shops I’ve ordered from in the past. It was delivered to the funeral home well before the visitation started. I ordered online because they were out of the office when I tried to call. My sister in law sent me a picture of it when she got them. The arrangement was similar to the picture on the website and very pretty. But I chose that particular arrangement because it had a purple vase and the ones she received was in a clear vase. But it does say the arrangement would depend on what the store has at the time. The website was easy to order from. And they were delivered as promised. There aren't very many places to order from where my sister in law lives. And no one answers their phones. So I am glad I had the internet ordering option.

I had stopped at Always Blooming for a 50th anniversary flower arrangement for my parents (Dad was giving them to my Mom.) I asked for red flowers with gold ribbon around the vase. Several red roses, some other red flowers, and a bit of blue/lavendar accent flowers made for a wonderful bouquet in a large glass vase. The process was extremely user friendly, with an email being sent with receipt, then I received a picture of the finished product and a notification that it had been delivered. When I ordered the flowers I was told when they delivered the arrangement they would knock, then call my cell phone, and finally if no one answered they would not leave the flower because it is ~25 degrees outside.
They might have knocked, but my dogs didn't hear it (surprising), they definitely did not call (no logged call), and they left the flowers on the front porch. The vase was not in a box or wrapped.

The flowers arrived on Friday, 12-18, and by Saturday many of the greens were wilted and by Sunday many of the flowers were wilted also. Flowers should last longer than 48 hours and it was disappointing.

My only thought is, with your online ordering you should have a spot similar to this for your customers to fill in the card. It would save time on your end and the consumer.

The box was lovely and the recipient appreciated it.
My only concern was the arrangement pictured shows pastel flowers. But the arrangement photo sent in the BloomSnap email (which was a very nice detail, thanks) contained very different flowers in totally different color scheme.
The description should be changed to read “Arrangement will be made with our freshest blooms available. Please contact us if you desire specific colors in the arrangement”. That would be very helpful.
Since I’d never used this florist, I had no idea.
