We’re excited to add a salon coordinator to our growing team!

job duties

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon, demonstrate enthusiasm for our services and appreciation for our clients

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, respond to client inquiries via text, google, yelp, email forms, etc.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

- Process payments

- Educate clients on post tan care

- Assist service providers to facilitate a smooth salon operation

- Maintain clean and organized salons

- Assist with inventory management

- Maintain salon online listings to reflect current hours, promotions, etc.

-Promote BlushTan via community marketing opportunities and in studio promotions

-Create beautiful email content and promotional texts to send to our client base

qualifications:

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent time management and multitasking skills

- Previous experience in sales and customer service

-Experience creating marketing materials and emails

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a composed, positive attitude

-Eagerness to learn all things related to spray tanning (training provided)

- Incredibly responsible, personable, and trustworthy.

Duties:

- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure seamless functioning and client experience

- Provide leadership and manage team members

- Perform spray tanning services (no experience required, training provided)

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in store or salon management

- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets

- Proficient in time management and multitasking

- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
