Beer Brewing Equipment 7BBL Fermentation Tank
The basic principle of beer fermentation tank is that malt juice is prepared, cooled, added to yeast, transported to the fermentation tank, and then fermented.
1. The bottom is tapered, which is convenient for yeast discharge during production. It is required to use cohesive yeast.
2. The tank itself has a cooling device to facilitate the control of fermentation temperature, shorten the fermentation cycle, reduce the number of bacteria infectors, and ensure stable beer quality.
3. The tank body is equipped with thermal insulation device, which can be placed outdoors to reduce the construction investment, save the floor area and facilitate expansion.
4. Closed tank is used to facilitate CO2 washing and CO2 recovery, and fermentation can also be carried out under pressure.
5. The fermentation liquid in the tank generates CO2 gradient due to liquid (i.e., density gradient). Through cooling control, the fermentation liquid can conduct natural convection. The higher the tank is, the more convection it will have. Due to the existence of severe convection, yeast fermentation capacity and fermentation cycle are shortened.
6. CIP automatic cleaning device can be used for cleaning.
