Private Classes

Private Yoga classes help you develop greater safety and efficiency of movement in your personal practice. Each private Yoga class will include time for a personal assessment, asana review of alignment and form, and your questions about your personal practice. Sara and Melissa are both excellent guides at fine tuning alignment and helping you move deeper into your practice.

Individual Private Classes


This is a great way to get the personalized attention you need to refine your practice and take it to the next level. When you set up your private class you can share with your instructor what you wish to address and they will cater the class to your specific requests.

 

Small Group Privates (2+ people)


This is a wonderful experience for those wanting to practice with a small group. You will get much more personal attention than you would in a public class, and you can choose a particular theme or area of concentration for those in the class.
