    Septic Pipe Repair

    I am a home owner who was in need of a septic repair. I started by calling the company that has pumped our septic system for years; they dragged me out for a month & then just said they were were "too busy" & recommended 2 others, neither of which answered the phone or bothered to call back. I went to 'Home Advisor', picked 3 companies & not one ever responded, but I was bombarded for days with countless emails until I finally got someone at Home Advisors on the phone to "unsubscribe me"!. Over a period of almost 3 months I was able to get estimates ranging from $2,500 to $40,000. Went on line again & found JC PILLION CONTRACTING, INC. (approx 22 mi away). Mark Pillon, President & Owner, called back within minutes and said he would come out the next day to access my situation! We met the next day (on time!) & he was professional, very knowledgeable and I felt like I had met a friend of mine from high school. Although the job was not exactly what HE did, he 'knew someone' that works with him who would know exactly what to do. We scheduled a time to meet a few days later and when he came out with his friend, I was expecting to get another astronomical estimate. Imagine my surprise when his friend was able to do the repair in literally a half an hour at a price that was beyond reasonable! It was the most honest, painless and cheapest repair I have ever experienced in my 22 years of home ownership! I would not hesitate to call Mark for ANYTHING close to what his company says they do! Literally, "like having a Uncle in the business"!
