Zoning Fees

General Fees:

Fee to call a special meeting...........................................................$250.00

Inspection fee for conditional zoning.................................................$25.00

Zoning Application Fees:

New Residence (Less than 2000 sq. ft.)..........................................$150.00

New Residence (2000 sq. ft. and larger)..........................................$200.00

Barns (12' by 12' up to 24' by 24' non-agricultural)..........................$25.00

Barns (Larger than 24' by 24' non-agricultural)................................$50.00

Enlarging Foundation for Expansion..................................................$25.00

Unattached Building (non-agricultural)...............................................$25.00

Pond or Swimming Pool (non-agricultural).........................................$25.00

Erection of Sign (non-agricultural).....................................................$25.00

Driveway Application and Culvert Pipe Installation Fees for Residents

Township-provided pipe and stone installation**..............................$425.00*

*Any driveway culvert wider than 24 feet will be charged $19.00 per foot in addition to the standard $425.00 culvert installation fee

Fees for Zoning Certification Application will be DOUBLED if Zoning Certificate

is not obtained BEFORE construction begins.

Printed Zoning Books

Printed Zoning Books are available for free to new residents. Additional copies may be purchased by residents for $15.00 and are available to non-residents for $30.00.

The zoning commission meets quarterly on the second Wednesday of March, June, September, and December. Additional meeting may be called as necessary. All meeting are open to the public. Members are appointed for 5 year terms.
