I explained before booking an appointment that my micro studio was probably smaller than a standard master bedroom it does have a separate toilet and it has a separate shower that's also within the studio I explained to them that it hadn't been cleaned in a while I'm in a wheelchair I've had two operations on my leg I haven't been able to do anything the woman finally gets here after 2:00 to recent attempts that didn't go the way that they should have once she she got here she started complaining that the apartment is too small she can't really move around and she doesn't even know where to start to clean and she says why I've been in this business for 30 years but I don't know what to do with this and I called and talk with the Northwest maze again I explained to them and they say well you need this type of cleaning and it's going to cause your extra $60 and I did not ask for what they say a deep cleaning I just want the place to be clean but the woman and them were unwilling to do anything unless I pay more than she threatened and says well we're going to charge you $70 because you canceled this cleaning and I said well how is it that I canceled when I'm sitting here and I'm saying please clean no I don't want extra $60 deep cleaning I just want my studio to be cleaned and after getting tired of her just totally ignoring me and when I say are you there are you there or not saying anything and then saying yes I'm here but we're going to charge you I said fine you do what you mean but I'm using discover card and I will contact them but I will not be paying you one dime.

Hi my Name is jas and I use to work for this company, and am strictly writing my experience working with this owner, let me begin with ,she is a cheater, lair,and does not care if you get sick, or hurt so if your one of like me who's English is not a first language and hard to explain things to your employer, these people are Not the right people to work under, ( my husband is helping me type this) five quick reasons why this company is not right to work with.
1 . She never pay on time.
2. They show on my invoices fake money that they paid.me Bit in reality I never got those checks, and I will be looking for legal advice if anyone have any ide please help us.
3 I ask them to pay my invoice where I worked and each client how.much my job was paid because they pay you 1099. So I need my invoice for receipt for IRS records, she said she won't give me.last one month worth, regardless it's their policy to provide invoice every week,
4 . Due to cov19. Some house she want me.to go were not safe, had so many people inside the house while she want us to clean or house have smell that can make you not want to due that house, just 10% houses i would say. So I simply don't want to get sick because I have my parents and kids at house don't want cov19. So when I refuse service she said she will charge my $30 fee for canceling, even i have reasons to cancel after I visit the house to do cleaning, and so many times client just cancel on the spot and she doesn't pay but if I cancel I have to provide 2 days notice, so she made her policy as she go. Even she knew it's wrong but still she doesn't care.
5. She charge me like 55% from my check. And I have to bring my own suppliesmy own gas bill and food expenses but she won't show how much she charge client and just tell me amount and out of that she charge 55% percent. So my experience with this company It was horrible, the whole experience was traumatizing. So many other things I can't explain but last thing she didn't pay my last invoice and pay check so she stole like $500. I belive or more .
