Meals were not given. Meds were not given. Rooms were not ready to move into. When you press a call button it takes over 20 minutes to over an hour to get someone to help. Patients are neglected this place needs to be shut down
Every time I call for Taylor the Admin the receptionist says he no longer works there Need new receptionist
This place has made great changes within the last few months. They got a new management team and I have noticed a difference. This building is heading in the right direction for the better!

I had COVID. I was on a hall alone in the back. It took an hour to get someone back there after pushing my call light.
Robinson is an great place to work and an awesome place to place an family member for great care. The environment is so lovely , warming , and homely. Everyone there is nice , understandable, compassionate and genuine. I love Robinson! And you will too.
