Full tilt auto body is a great shop filled with great people. I am super particular with my vehicles and this place exceeded my expectations. I am and will recommend this shop to everyone I come across looking for auto body work. If you’re looking for the work to be done right contact them. Matt is very professional and a great guy. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with, unfortunately she is no longer working there. Melissa did a great job stepping in. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me and my car. I truly appreciate it.

Car repair looks fine. Office people I dealt with were professional and responsive. But I was not happy that the car damage occurred in July and the car was not finished until mid October. And the cost, while it will likely be covered by another driver’s insurer, was ridiculously expensive for what was mostly the replacement of a door panel.

Given the issues I had, the delays, and the fact that I feel that if I hadn’t gotten personally involved and called several times a week toward the end, it would’ve been even longer

I'm right on the fence about it, I'm not sure. Because the car looked beautiful once I got it back but I went broke with how long it took.

I had a mixed experience. I was happy once I got my car back and it looked beautiful; everyone was friendly. But it also took SO much longer than I planned. An alternative plan wasn't created until after I had reached out several times. The rental cars were never available so I spent more on rental than fixing my car. It was a mixed experience.
