It appears that they did an excellent job on the repairs. Only received the car back a few days ago, so something may pop up, but based on previously performed work, I feel confident in the work of North Shore

We were not happy with the amount of time the repair took I was told 1 and 1/2 weeks, but van was not touched in that time. Took almost 3 weeks.

Even though my vehicle was filled on passenger side there are some new scratches on the driver's side back door don't want to take it back before I let State farm and North shore collision and Enterprise know I worked out of town and just tried to let me know when it would be fixed and I would have to make arrangements to pick up on Friday if possible. North shore told me the day I dropped the car off that around the 13 I said fine I would make arrangements to pick up the 15, on the 8 they call and left me a message about my wheel lock for tire. I call back and discussed it with them. They never said it would be ready that day. But on Monday 11 state farm call and said they would not pay for the rental anymore and said my car was ready on the 8. A lot of miss understand and inconvenience because I had to drive 4 hours on way on Monday after work to drop of rental and then drive back 4 hours to go to work the next day. Then on 15 pick up car and North shore said they were calling the wrong person and leaving the massage to pick up car.
