Cheri was fantastic to work with. She did a phenomenal job from day to after the close of our home. I cannot tell you how invaluable Cheri's commitment, attention to detail and professionalism were to us. She kept constant communications with us, giving progress reports and step-by-step guidance though the whole process. When some unforeseen technical issues came up with the house, Cheri dealt with them swiftly and completely. No stone was left un-turned. We had to move before the sale of our home, but knew the house was being looked after with the utmost care. We had complete and total trust in Cheri. I would often forget that she had other clients. She made us feel like we were her only and most important client! I would recommend Cheri in a heartbeat to anyone seeking real estate help.

Cheri Elliot is the best agent we have ever had experience with, hands down. She told us the importance of getting inspections before we listed the house. After we listed, she took excellent pictures, and helped us with staging. Those extra services are value added when selling a house. We listened to her and followed her advice. She was attentive to all our questions, and answered quickly. Our house sold in a week! If you take her advice, you will do well selling your house.
