Ruth has proven to be an experienced and thoughtful agent from the beginning. She understands that many clients do their own research on-line and does not fill your inbox with emails. I had been in contact with her for several years before we actually bought a home through her and never felt any pressure to buy, only assistance with answering questions. Ruth really excelled when we were in the process of making an offer through to closing. She responded to all of my questions, it felt as if, immediately. She made sure that I understood what to expect and even provided a list of what would be required and what my deadline dates were for each. She always made sure to communicate with all parties to make sure that everything was progressing as it should. Ruth made us feel as if we were her only client, with all of the time she spent assisting us with the purchase of our home, as we are out of state buyers that were not in Venice, FL for the whole process. Ruth has gone out of her way several times offering to assist us with matters related to the house, which has made us feel as if we are working with a good friend or family member. Ruth is an awesome realtor. She is friendly, professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the area and services? She was available when I called to see a house through video walk through which occurred often. After selling, packing and moving from one home to a temporary location I was exhausted as I had to pack and move again. Ruth helped me to stay on track providing numbers to services that I would need and reminded me often as needed to make sure I got connected once I decided on a home. Ruth goes the extra mile and then some. I highly recommend Ruth if youre in the market for a realtor she goes above and beyond.
