The business is not located at this address and the service is a rip off. They “guarantee the work” but don’t finish it, use used parts and then don’t respond when you are looking to get it corrected or a refund. Total scam. I’d give them no stars if I could.

This place is called True Baton Rouge Appliance- I live in 70810, after several automated prompts, the recording stated there was no one to service my area. If you cannot service 70810, do not call yourself True Baton Rouge.
