Last December we needed to get our garage door replaced so we called him. It turned out to be a nightmare. There were numerous delays in getting the door and commitments that they were "on their way" that never happened. It took almost three days to get the garage door installed and on the second night they were there I went into the garage and found the guy watching a You Tube video to figure out how to install the opener. I have since found out that they did not use all of the new hardware that was provided with the door, screws were missing and although it opens and closes is not properly aligned. I have since found a reputable door company to come fix the mess. DO NOT use them for a new garage door.
