Bill from Signature Roofing gave me great advice, options, and service on replacing a leaking third floor gutter. I had some rain water coming into my ground floor garage, and after seeing a frozen winter water fall on an exterior wall coming down from the gutter, I called Signature Roofing. Bill took the time to explain to me that although it appeared that the gutter end cap was leaking (from the picture of the frozen waterfall), that there were various alternatives to fixing the problem. After talking to Bill, I chose to replace, rather than to repair the old gutter. The gutter repair option would have been more difficult because the gutter end butted up against an adjoining townhouse. A new wider width gutter, installed with the right pitch was a better and more efficient option. I now have a new gutter and dry garage floor. Thank-you Signature Roofing.

We have worked with Signature Roofing on several occasions for repairs over the past 5 years. We have recommended them to friends who also loved their work. When it came time for a total roof replacement, there was no question who would do the job. Without question or other estimates, we contacted owner Bill Marshall to come out and give us a price. From start to finish, this was a fabulous and professional experience. They take care of “the little things” that other roofing companies may ignore to make sure the job is done RIGHT the first time. Carlos and Efren, the installers, have been experienced workers for Signature Roofing for many years and their expertise shows in their work. Bill Marshall was here with them every day supervising and supporting them to make sure the job was perfect. They all took great care in making sure the job was done to his standards of roofing for over the past 30 years. No other choice for roofing than Signature Roofing!

The entire roof replacement experience with Bill Marshall and Signature Roofing was just outstanding. This company was recommended to me by trusted friends, and I will be recommending it to others. I must also say that, now that I have had my roof and gutters replaced by Signature, it is easy to attest that all of the terrific checkbook reviews are spot on. Bill is a master roofer and it shows. He was always available to answer questions prior to starting the job, remained onsite during the job, and promptly followed up on the paperwork after the job. During the entire complicated process of roof replacement, Bill is your only point of contact. I really felt that we were in great hands with Bill and his crew which allowed me to relax and enjoy this experience. His team was prompt and on time, dedicated to doing the job right, and they paid attention to detail. Additionally, Bill is a great guy who is a pleasure to talk to during the work. Finally, he keeps his overhead low so the cost of the roof is very competitive in comparison to the many estimates we received.
