Barrister Shajib Mahmood Alam is an Advocate having rights of audience before the courts, tribunals and Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has an active presence in International & local commercial dispute resolution. He regularly takes part in mediations as mediator and also takes part in arbitrations. At present, he is the Managing Partner of a leading local law firm in Bangladesh known as BDLP or Bangladesh Law Partners. BDLP is known for enforcing foreign arbitral awards in Bangladesh and has a moderately sized team providing one stop legal services.
