Leadership Development

What is it?

As the demands on organisations change, so too do the expectations of leaders. The rise in technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been described as the ‘fourth industrial revolution’ requiring ‘bold leadership’ and an ‘agile mindset’ to lead this transformation.  

Leaders need to be facilitators, they need to be collaborative leaders, highly skilled in developing and sustaining mutually beneficial partnerships and able to influence and lead non-employees and stakeholders.

The EI of leaders has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of the people working for them.
