How Often Should I Check My Oil Level?
It's a good idea to check your car's oil level monthly, especially if you don't drive it often. Without the correct amount of oil, the engine is in serious danger of overheating and possibly failing, especially if you drive a high-performance car like an AMG®. When you check the oil level, be sure to examine the color of the oil itself. If the oil is dark brown or black, it's contaminated and should be replaced as soon as possible. If the fluid level is lower than it should be, this could be a sign of a car leak, which would best be addressed at our service center.
