Opportunities for Student Employment
As a Coastal Carolina University student, you may be interested in working on campus. An on-campus job provides you with a great opportunity to earn extra money, meet people, develop transferable job skills, learn time-management skills, gain experience, and get more involved on campus.
The Office of Human Resources coordinates all on-campus student employment. The department will assist students with locating part-time jobs that are on campus only.

Below are some other important points about the new student employment program.
- The screening and selection process for student jobs is done at the department level. You may check the status of the positions you have applied for online. The system will be updated as each individual search is completed. You may view the status of each search by logging into the system at jobs.coastal.edu and clicking on "Application Status" (located on the navigation bar on the left side). Please note that the status will show "In Progress" until a hire is made.
- Student jobs are added regularly. Check the website as often as you would like and apply for positions of interest to you.
- As part of the hiring process, it will be necessary for you to demonstrate your eligibility to work in the United States. This process is done through the completion of the I-9 Form prior to beginning work. You will be required to show acceptable documentation.
