  It is my goal to help everyone I deal with in Real Estate to learn something new out of each transaction, hopefully something helpful and educational to you. I started as a buyer's agent for the first three years of my career and have become a top listing and selling agent at Prudential Ca Realty and in 2011 for Coldwell Banker. Since I have worked for Coldwell Banker, I have taken my business to a higher level working in a larger office and promoting my listings and servicing my clients to the top in this business. Having been in this business for over 28 years and selling in excess of $280 million plus over 680 deals worth of real estate, you can say I have experience. I am well connected in the communities I serve, especially in Rocklin where I reside. Most of my business, approx. 95% of it, is from referrals, past clients, friends neighbors. As of 2022 I became Presidential Status member of Master's Club for 25 years straight! Also I am a Certified Placer County Specialist through Placer Assoc. of Realtors and served on the Master's Club committee for six years and the Marketing committee for four years. Currently, I am serving my fourth year on the Education Committee at Placer County Assoc. of Realtors -PCAR.
