Cancellation Policy:
Cakes: We need a full 48 hours to give a refund on cakes, 7 days for wedding cakes.
Bakery items and cupcakes: full 24 hours hours notice. Cancelled orders will incur a 4% transaction fee.
Allergy Information
Tree nuts & peanuts: We do not use any nuts at all in the bakery, nor do we use any product that has a nut warning on the label. We DO use sweetened coconut. As long as a product has not nut warnings, we consider it safe to use. We understand that is not sufficient for some people and if that is the case, we do not recommend eating our products. We are NOT certified nut free, so if you have special concerns about a nut allergy, please let us know.

Gluten: We use a very fine, rice based gluten free flour that gives a perfect crumb to our cakes and pastires. We have found that our gluten free products are as good as (if not better than) products made with wheat based flour and therefore it makes no sense to make everything twice!. Because we have very high quality standards, you can be assured that our products are moist and delicious. (gluten is great in bread, not in pastry).
Aside from vegan products, our products do contain dairy & eggs

Vegan: For people with dairy and egg allergies, we offer a small selection of vegan items, including cakes. Our vegan products are also gluten free and most (except for the banana tea cake) are soy free too. Our vegan cake is chocolate.

Ordering and Product Care
Ordering Cakes
3 days or more is ideal for ordering cakes, subject to availability (we do book up in busy holiday times and also in May and June). We try and accommodate any cake order within 48 hours when possible.
Ordering Cupcakes
We have cupcakes to grab and go every day in a wide variety of flavors. From time to time we do sell out, so ordering ahead is always a good idea. One day’s notice is all we need!
Ordering Bakery
We have cookies, brownies and breakfast pastries that are available every day to grab and go or by order.
