• All Curated Closeout items are marked as 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.

• For eligible items, Curated Closet will offer return authorization forms.  At this time, we do not offer pre-paid return labels.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged to be accepted for a return. 
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.  Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories and dust bags. 
• Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt. 
• Please note on your Return form if you would like a refund or store credit.

• We do not offer product exchanges. Only a new order or store credit will be available. 
• If an item is returned within 21 days of the original purchase, customers may place a new order for an alternate item.
• If an item is returned within 21 days of the original purchase, customers may opt to receive store credit in the form of a store gift card equaling the original purchase amount.
