Can I walk-in or do I need an appointment?

We accept walk-ins however, if you make an appointment, we can guarantee that you'll be seen. If you do choose to walk in we cannot guarantee how long the wait will be.

I’m running late for my appointment will you still take me?

We have 5 minute late policy. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and we may have to reschedule your appointment. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you.

I forgot to cancel my appointment and didn’t show up. What happens?

We’d appreciate it if you called us at least 2 hour before your appointment to let us know you won’t make it in. After your first no show we'll give you a courtesy text and for your next appointment you’ll be required to pay prior to the service. If you do not show up again you will be charged a Fee.
