My passion lies in interacting with our patients, providing them with exceptional service, and helping them maintain or achieve their perfect smile. As the Office Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I am responsible for managing appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and addressing any concerns our patients might have. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both our patients and staff, so everyone can feel comfortable and confident in the care they receive. When I'm not at Cypress Family Dental, my top priority is spending quality time with my family. We love exploring various activities and making lasting memories together.

Hi there, I'm Kelly! I have the pleasure of working for Cypress Family Dental as the Insurance Coordinator. My primary goal is to ensure that our patients receive the maximum benefits from their insurance providers. I am passionate about fighting for our patients to get their claims paid and reducing their out-of-pocket expenses as much as possible. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality dental care without having to worry about the financial burden. At Cypress Family Dental, I work closely with both our patients and their insurance companies, making sure all the necessary paperwork is completed and submitted correctly. I am always eager to answer any questions or address concerns that our patients may have about their coverage or the billing process. My dedication to providing exceptional customer service helps put our patients at ease and allows them to focus on their dental health. When I'm not advocating for our patients at work, I love spending time with my wonderful kids and adorable pets. We often go on outings, play games, or simply relax and enjoy each other's company. My family and I are also huge fans of The Walking Dead.

Hi, I'm Melissa Darby! I graduated from the Cerritos College Dental Hygiene program in 1998 and have been a proud member of the Cypress Family Dental team since 2001. Throughout my career, I've made it a priority to stay current on the latest advances in treating gum disease, including the use of lasers and gum-specific antibiotics. My passion lies in getting to know my patients on a personal level while ensuring they achieve and maintain optimal dental health. As a Dental Hygienist, I am dedicated to providing thorough and gentle care, educating patients on proper oral hygiene, and helping them maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. I believe that good oral health is an essential component of overall well-being, and I'm committed to working with our patients to achieve their dental health goals. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, whether it's a weekend getaway or a longer adventure abroad. In addition, I love spending quality time with my family, creating cherished memories and enjoying each other's company.
