Took my 2020 Jeep Wrangler there for a corrosion issue on the hinges. I took it in on May 2022 and they said they would reach out and nothing. I was told I would need to come back and get pictures of the corrosion again. I went back to get pictures again and waited an hour for someone to take the pictures and was told somebody would reach out. Here we are again and nothing from anybody about a month later. Very frustrating and very poor business model! Save your time and go somewhere else. More

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They should be ashamed with their practice. This is the behavior that make people hate car dealerships. I normally do not write reviews, for good or bad, but Deihl has taken it to a whole new level for me.This will be the last time using them for my personal or business. I am a business owner, and what they did to me is totally unacceptable. One year ago, I ordered a 2022 Dodge Challenger hellcat just the way I wanted it, and put a deposit down for it to be built. When I ordered the car, i ws told that it would a while for it to be built and I was fine ithnthat. For a year now, I have been getting updates on the build, and even at one point I was told I had to choose a different exterior color because they had a shortage of pigment used in the paint. 6 months into my wait, in October, Dodge announced that they were quitting production on the Dodge Challenger, and ever since then, demand has sky rocketed for them. Most dealers are charging 20k-30k over MSRP because of the demand. Fast forward to today, I was informed that they canceled my order, and they might be able to order a different one but I would have to pay 20k - 30k over what the one I was having built would cost. They canceled my order so they could make more money. This is just bad business. I get it, everyone wants to make more money, but you dont steal it from someone who already ordered and paid. I have bought many cars in my life, and never had one canceled after I put a deposit down and was strung along for a year. I would be very careful before ordering from Deihl. I guess when you order a new car and put money down, the customer is the only one binded by the transaction.. I guess this is the Ultimate Buying Experience that Corina talks about in the TV advertisments. More

I was sold a car at full market value with a leaking sunroof. When I took it back they tried to glue some of the holes. Now it's leaking again. They had to know about the problem because every time I went back to check on the car someone was cleaning or had just had cleaned the interior. They knew. They don't stand by their products and they kick you out the door once they have your money. I've never seen the dealer with such poor ethics. Do not trust these people. More

They don't back up the product Walk Away, wait instead RUN as fast as you can. On May 13, 2020 we spent $70,000 on a brand-new Dodge Ram Cummins 2500. We drove this truck for 10 day Walk Away, wait instead RUN as fast as you can. On May 13, 2020 we spent $70,000 on a brand-new Dodge Ram Cummins 2500. We drove this truck for 10 days before we discovered our first oil leak. Yes, the first one. Soon we had a 2nd, 3rd and a 4th leak. Then eventually it needed a whole new Cummins engine. This would mean that the entire front of the truck would have to be disassembled. We were told then that this repair would take only 6 hours. However, as we called around to other dealerships and talked to other mechanics, this repair should take at least 60 hours. In the meantime, the dealership also made a mistake on our loan process. We were told by the sales mgr that this was taken care of plus they would make the first month’s payment. It was a good thing we called the bank to confirm, this process took us several days and several calls to get this account cleared from the dealership’s mistakes. In addition, they never made a payment, if we didn’t call, we would have had a finance charge. After we complained we will say that they did eventually honor that first payment and mailed us a check several weeks later. After feeling very less confident from the loan process and in the quality of repairs we called the dealership back to inform them that we do not want the truck and tried to discuss the buyback program. We were only offered $2,000 for compensation, or 54,000 for a trade on a $70,000 truck. That is a huge loss on a truck that we drove for 10 days. LOL, we were not even offered an additional warranty or even a free oil change for the problems. $2,000 dollars is not even a touch of the depression that has occurred because this truck was taken apart. We understand that people make mistakes, we understand that a lemon truck can happen. But how this dealership handled this is inexcusable. We should not be expected to take a 70,000 truck that requires an extensive repair. We should not have had to spend hours correcting mistakes that they made on the sale. At this point, Diehl was given many opportunities to discuss this situation and to correct it. I would never deal with a dealership that does not back up their product or to say the least that doesn’t even offer a free oil change for all of their mistakes or even a curtesy call to see how things are going. More
